Morton David Alpern (March 23, 1922 – February 12, 2018), better known as Marty Allen, was an American comedian, actor, and philanthropist. He worked as a comedy headliner in nightclubs, as a dramatic actor in television roles, and was once called "The Darling of Daytime TV".
Marty Allen was born on 23 March 1922 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. He was an actor and director, known for Night Gallery (1969), The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! (1989) and The Last of the Secret Agents? (1966). He was married to Karon Kate Blackwell and Lorraine 'Frenchy' Trydelle.
