"I always say to my couples, something does go wrong at every wedding, but the bride and groom will never know," Walsh said. "There was one wedding where one of the bridesmaids broke her ankle - but she kept partying all night, and it wasn't until the next day that she realised it was actually broken."
While there are often stories about bridesmaids not approving of their dress choice, Kerstyn says she'll wear whatever she is asked to wear by the bride. "I'll wear whatever the couple wants me to wear," Walsh said. "I've worn some things that weren't comfortable for me, but I love them all at the end of the day. And they all look great in the phot...
"Know what the bride wants, for starters," Walsh said. "Don't just decide something that the bridesmaids want for themselves. If she doesn't want strippers or topless waiters, that's fine - do something else like a massage day or facials, painting classes or something like that."
