Elliott is best known for playing Carl Gallagher in the U.K. version of Shameless. Elliott and Luke both played the character in the first season. Elliott eventually took on the role solo after his brother left the show. Elliott starred on the show from 2004 to 2013.
Elliott frequently showed off his tattoo artwork on his Instagram page.
