I wake up, I brush my teeth and wash my face with cold water, then apply a toner, a serum and an oxygenating cream with sun protection.
Brush my teeth for at least five minutes, then remove my makeup using eau micellaire, lightly massage my facewith a face detergent and remove the remaining with a wet pad, then I apply the toner to my skin and finish with a deep hydrating cream.
There really isn’t a typical day! Haha! I’m an actress and a model, I usually organise my days depending on my auditions, my fashion shoots and the filming of projects. It was really good, my first shooting after quarantine. It felt crazy at first to be around so many peoplebut with social distancing, gloves, masks... But the team was great, we had so much fun. It was amazing to get back to work.
Self consciousness, I’d say. To be connected with yourself, with your emotions, with your goals. And if you are connected with yourself, you respect yourself and your needs, whatever they are.
You do well, you succeed, I guess. Same if you love life. I mean, how can you not? I recover. I try to listen to myself as much as I can, and it’s a process, I’m still learning. But whenever I feel extremely tired I try to give (if I can) my body some time to rest. Also taking some vitamins has helped.
I will just name one. Jane Birkin. She is effortlessly beautiful and confident, and I love that about her.
To love yourself is the best advice. To accept yourself in your imperfections, your wrinkles, your pimples, if there are any. Perfection does not exist, let’s give yourself a break and let’s thank our body for what it’s giving us every day.
