鄭少秋 （英語： Adam Cheng Siu Chau ，1947年2月24日 — ），香港男演員、歌手及節目主持，原名 黃可忠 ，後隨繼父姓改名 鄭創世 ，到1967年主演首部電影《黑煞星》时在导演要求才正式改艺名鄭少秋。 1970年加入 香港無綫電視 （TVB），開始主演電視劇及發行個人唱片專輯。 1971年獲《 華僑晚報 》評選為「 十大電視明星 」，奠定小生地位，其後於1974年度及1976至1981年度再度入選十大電視明星，合共八度入選，是該選舉中當選電視明星次數最多的男藝人。 此外，又曾於1976、1978及1980年度入選同由《華僑晚報》主辦的「 十大歌星金駱駝獎 」。
