Pia Douwes. Pia Douwes (born 5 August 1964) is a Dutch actress in musical theatre in Europe. She is best known for having created the title role in the German-language musical Elisabeth.

Pia Douwes is a Dutch-born actress and singer who starred in musicals such as Elisabeth, Evita and Chicago. She is also the great-niece of Doris Day and voiced Pocahontas in the Dutch version of the Disney film.
