Baxter Harris is a major character in the Scary Movie franchise, particularly in Scary Movie 3 and Scary Movie 4. He was portrayed by the late Leslie Nielsen.
Scary Movie 3
President Harris becomes highly paranoid that aliens have taken over handicapped human bodies while giving a press conference. He goes on to offend and attack a man with an electrolarynx, a Girl Scout with braces, a woman with a high-pitched scream, a man with a brace around his head, and a woman with a lot of makeup alongside Agent Thompson as a result of the paranoia. He finally decides to personally visit Cindy Campbell, believing she can stop the aliens. The aliens however turn out to be friendly, manipulated by Tabitha who he accidentally knocks back into her well while congratulating Cindy. He is last seen at Cindy and George Logan's wedding, wrestling the female guests for the bouquet.
Scary Movie 4
Harris eventually turns up at the Edna R. Penhall School, where he becomes more interested with "My Pet Duck" more than hearing the news of the alien attack. He throws up when he hears that the duck later died, causing other kids to make a violent riot and throwing up around him. He heads to the White House Oval Office to plan his next course of action. At the White House Oval Office, he becomes highly paranoid upon hearing the details of the attack and shreds the Constitution, burns the Declaration of Independence and throws his wife, the First Lady, out the window. At the United Nations, he learns the military has captured one of the alien weapons and demonstrates it, learning it has been reprogrammed to destroy clothing instead of people. Zapped by it, he loses his clothes to the shocked dignitaries, further offending the ambassadors by trying to turn it off while nude before disintegrating everyone's clothes in the vicinity. He is last seen sleeping with a duck.
•Since he appeared in Scary Movie 3 and Scary Movie 4, he was most likely a two-term president.
•While Cindy is battling Tabitha, Leslie Neilsen recreates his "We're counting on you." line from the 1981 movie, "Airplane."
•During his walk through of the White House, Harris mentions President Ford, represented by a presidential portrait of actor Harrison Ford from the movie, "Air Force One."
