Feb 13, 2006 · Andrew "Andreas" Katsulas (May 18, 1946 – February 13, 2006) was a Greek-American actor known for his roles as Ambassador G'Kar in the science fiction television series Babylon 5, as the one-armed villain Sykes in the film The Fugitive (1993), and as the Romulan Commander Tomalak on Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Biography. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Andreas is a cross between apple pie and baklava. Attracted from early childhood to being on stage, he took theatre as an extra-curricular in high school, as a Major at St. Louis University, and received a Master's Degree in Threatre from Indiana University.
