Andrew Michael Wisher (19 May 1935 – 21 July 1995) was an English actor. He is perhaps best remembered for his various roles on Doctor Who, most notably originating the part of Davros.
Michael Wisher (1935-1995) was a British actor who played Dalek voices, including Davros, in Doctor Who (1963). He also appeared in The Airzone Solution (1993), Alice in Wonderland (1986) and other TV shows and movies.

Michael Wisher (19 May 1935-21 July 1995) appeared in many Doctor Who television stories and originated the character of Davros, the creator of the Daleks.
During the 1970s, he played Dalek voices both on Doctor Who and on an episode of Blue Peter and Thirty Years in the TARDIS.
He is the father of Big Finish's voice actor Andrew Wisher.
