Biography. Maite Perroni Beorlegui was born in Mexico City but she grew up in Guadalajara, until the age of 12, when her family moved back again in Mexico City. She has two siblings, Adolfo and Francisco, who are three and nine years younger than she is.
Maite Perroni became famous with her very first telenovela, ‘Rebelde’. However, she is best known for her portrayal of María de Jesus, in ‘Cuidado con el ángel’. Running for 194 episodes, the series earned her not only great popularity, but also multiple awards.
