Teddy Tamgho (born 15 June 1989) is a French triple jumper and long jumper. He specialises in the triple jump. He is the former triple jump world indoor record holder, achieved in winning the final and gold medal at the 2011 European Indoor Championships.

Aug 18, 2013 · MOSCOW (AP) — Teddy Tamgho of France won the men’s triple jump at the world championships on Sunday, edging Pedro Pichardo of Cuba. Will Claye of the United States took bronze. Tamgho and Pichardo were even at 17.68 meters but Tamgho made the difference on his last jump when he leapt 18.04 for gold.

The 21-year-old Frenchman leaped 17.91m on his fourth attempt, to add one centimetre to the record he set when winning the World indoor title in Doha, Qatar, in March 2010.
