Mitchell P. Rales (born August 1956) is an American businessman and art collector best known for co-founding Danaher Corporation with his brother Steven Rales and the art museum Glenstone with his wife Emily Wei.
Mitchell Rales is the chairman of Danaher, a $31.5 billion industrial firm that spun off Fortive in 2016. He and his brother Steven are also art collectors and philanthropists, donating more than $1 billion to their Glenstone Museum.
