Thomas Maurice "Tom" McLoughlin is an American screenwriter, film/television director and former mime who is most notable for directing Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives and One Dark Night.
Thomas Robert Laughlin Jr. (August 10, 1931 – December 12, 2013) was an American actor, director, screenwriter, author, educator, and activist. Laughlin was best known for his series of Billy Jack films. He was married to actress Delores Taylor from 1954 until his death. Taylor co-produced and acted in all four Billy Jack films.
Tom McLoughlin was born on 19 July 1950 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He is a writer and director, known for Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives (1986), Date with an Angel (1987) and Sometimes They Come Back (1991). He has been married to Nancy McLoughlin since 2 July 1983.
