- District Office Locations
VISIONS serves participants in all boroughs of NYC, as well as Long Island, Westchester, the Lower Hudson Valley, and several counties in New Jersey. All legally blind and visually impaired persons sponsored by their state commission for the blind are eligible for residential short-term training at VISIONS Center on Blindness (VCB).
NYSCB offers an array of programs to help individuals who are legally blind achieve economic self-sufficiency and full integration into society. NYSCB works closely with not-for-profit agencies for the blind throughout New York State to provide technical, educational and resource assistance to our consumers.
