All offer a nutritious meal and many offer a complete calendar of recreational, cultural, educational, health and social service programs.

    We offer a variety of exercise classes: Yoga, Stretch, Chair Aerobics, Meditation & Movement, Balance & Flexibility, Fire & Flow and Osteo-Weight Class.

    We offer two clubs: Jolly Seniors of Monroe & Young at Heart (annual dues $15 and $10, respectively). They meet twice a month as indicated on the calendar and offer social activities such as BINGO and several trips throughout the year.     Other activities include BINGO Thursdays, computer lab access, men’s /women’s card playing. Blood pressure screening takes place on the second Thursday of each month. AARP offers a defensive driving class twice a year in the late fall and spring.
