Biography. The Hon. Jeremy D. Fogel (Ret.) served as a judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Fogel was nominated to the bench by former President Bill Clinton on September 8, 1997, and confirmed by the United States Senate on March 16, 1998.
