Reserve a campsite online or by calling 1-888-947-2757. Devil's Lake campgrounds. Each campsite has a picnic table, gravel or paved area for parking, room for at least one family tent and a metal fire ring. Campsites are not within sight of the lake. Quartzite campground is open year-round.

Devils Lake is a lake in the U.S. state of North Dakota. It is the largest natural body of water and the second-largest body of water in North Dakota after Lake Sakakawea. It can reach a level of 1,458 ft (444 m) before naturally flowing into the Sheyenne River via the Tolna Coulee.

The main entrance to Devil's Lake State Park is on the north shore of the lake off County Highway DL. The Visitor Center, Chateau, Nature Center, picnic area, shelters and beach are on the north shore.
The state park is known for its 500-foot-high (150 m) quartzite bluffs along the 360-acre (150 ha) Devil's Lake, which was created by a glacier depositing terminal moraines that plugged the north and south ends of the gap in the bluffs during the last ice age approximately 12,000 years ago.
