This 1,200-acre area of the Morristown National Historic Park includes a three mile tour road, 25 miles of hiking trails, a visitor center, 18th century farm house and several reconstructed soldier huts.
May 5, 2016 · The Jockey Hollow Visitors Center recreates the Revolutionary War encampment of the Winter of 1779-1800. The Continental Army established an encampment on Henry Wick's 1400 acre farm beginning in 1779 and lasting until 1802 but by far the Winter of 1779-1800 was the most brutal.
