   • HOWEVER in the wake of COVID 19 the township is not allowing non residents due to capacity limits. TOBAY offers two entrances on to the ocean side theu tunnels located on the far west and far east corners of the parking lot. Both offered concession stands but the east side has a desk and tables.

   Sept 2020. TOBAY-Town of Oyster Bay Beach is one of the best beaches in NYS. It is a private beach for residents but you can pay a fee as a nonresident to gain access. The beach has concessions. Bathrooms, and lifeguards on both the oceanside and bayside. Read more.
