We would call our beer Booneshine and our mission would be to make the High Country a better place - Make | Boone | Shine. The brewery opened in July 2015 next door to Basil’s restaurant. We operated in 1,200 square feet with three 10bbl fermentation tanks.
Booneshine Brewing Company is a destination brewery, tasting room, restaurant, and beer garden located in East Boone. The full-service restaurant/tasting room offers indoor and outdoor seating. The kitchen serves thoughtful American fare with options from snacks to dinner entrees.
