Five Islands Park is a nice park in New Rochelle with pretty views of the Sound and the downtown skyline. It's great for walking. There are lots of benches placed in spots where you can just take in the surroundings and relax.

Hidden gem, wonderful safe place for kids of all ages to run around, bike, watch the seagulls crack open seashells, gaze at the islands of the Long Island Sound. We even had a birthday party here, rented the lodge & had a memorable scavenger hunt. Read more. Written 15 July 2017.
