May 19, 2015 · West City Park is a hidden gem in Festus. Nov 2014 • Family. Large, open area with lots of activities in the summer for the kiddos. The park features 2 large paved loops for running and walking. It is shared with autos, but most in the area are respectful and drive cautiously. The main green area is large and open with 2 lakes.
