   • Tolmie State Park is located eight miles northeast of Olympia. Coming from Interstate 5, take exit #111 (Marvin Road) and follow signs to the park, approximately five miles. Tolmie State Park is day use only. It has two kitchen shelters with electricity, plus 11 sheltered and 20 unsheltered picnic tables.

   • Tolmie state park is how! This is a large day park with a wide beach near the Nisqually Delta. You can pay $10 a day to use it, or better yet - buy a $30 Discover Pass beforehand and it's good all year at all state parks with no maximum visits. From the upper parking lot, there is a very steep, but paved, trail down.
