Intimate Lighting (Czech: Intimní osvětlení) is a Czech comedy-drama film directed by Ivan Passer. It was released in 1965. It is widely considered a major film of the Czechoslovak New Wave and to be Passer's most significant film.
With Karel Blazek, Zdenek Bezusek, Vera Kresadlová, Jan Vostrcil. One of the most important films of the Czech New Wave 60s, it was ranked among the top ten domestic films of all time. In this original sad comedy set in a small town, two classmates meet each other for the first time in ten years.

The movie revolves around a young man named Peter who travels with his girlfriend to the countryside from Prague to visit a lifelong friend and fellow musician named Bambas.
