"House of Games" never steps wrong from beginning to end, and it is one of this year's best films. The plotting is diabolical and impeccable, and I will not spoil the delight of its unfolding by mentioning the crucial details. What I can mention are the performances, the dialogue and the setting.

Found the story very engaging and although I saw some of the twists coming, there were enough surprises to keep my attention. One thing I can not seem to get past is the acting.
