Teenager Bobby (Gary McCleery) makes a fateful decision when he goes out for a drive with his older brothers. After they rob a store and kill a police officer, Bobby is captured and set to be tried as an adult for murder -- even though he claims he had no part in the crime. Social worker Laura (Margaret Klenck) believes Bobby and wants to help.
