Young troublemaker Michael learns about his native American roots from his grandfather who lives at a reservation. The boy starts to bond with a horse his grandfather buys him, whom he decides to call 'Three Warriors'.
A thirteen-year-old Native American boy who is quite urbanized goes to visit his terminally ill grandfather. At first, he is uncomfortable in his grandfather's traditional environment, but eventually becomes accustomed to it and begins to appreciate his culture.
