Crazy Horse, chief of the Oglala Sioux, leads his people back to their home in the hills of South Dakota rather than be relocated to reservations. Later, a joint Sioux-Cheyenne force lead by Crazy Horse and Sitting Bull decimated Colonel George Custer and 225 members of the 7th Cavalry at the Little Bighorn on June 25, 1876.
