Synopsis. 1998 • PG-13. Picard fights a Starfleet admiral who is complicit in the relocation of an indigenous people in order to exploit their planet's natural properties.
Admiral Matthew Dougherty (Anthony Zerbe) requests the help of the star ship USS Enterprise-E to help capture or disable Data. The planet is peace personified, where people live with each other without crime and disease.
