Many of you may be familiar with the recipe for Bullshot cocktail made using beef stock. This is its far superior cousin and that little bit wilder.

In fact, it’s downright delicious, and perfect for winding down after any cold-weather activity, from skiing in Switzerland to shoveling sidewalks in suburbia. Erickson is also a fan.
