- Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. Montag served as a main cast member during all six seasons of The Hills and also appeared alongside husband Spencer Pratt on the show's 2019 reboot, The Hills: New Beginnings, which was canceled after two seasons.
- Whitney Port. Whitney Port, Conrad's former Teen Vogue officemate, was a main cast member on The Hills from seasons 1 to 4 before starring in on the New York-based spinoff series, The City, which ran from 2008 to 2010.
