A young by-the-books cop becomes disillusioned by society and the law and ends up becoming a vigilante murdering people. It sounds like a cool concept but it moves incredibly slow and is quite dull. It's only 90 minutes long but it felt like it was 2 hours. Not great but certainly not bad at all especially for a 90’s TV movie.
