   Unhappy Key Account Customer. Have been a Key Account Customer for over 15 years. Their customer service used to be phenomenal, and they always shipped same day. Now they just make excuses for delayed shipping because they are understaffed and will not hire more employees.

Initially it felt upscale to me but there was comfort as well. The bar was huge (u shaped) tons of indoor seating and a lounge area. There were high top and low top tables.
