La Parisienne (pronounced [la paʁizjɛn]; French for "The Parisian Song") is a song by Casimir Delavigne. It was composed after the July Revolution and in homage to it and served as the French national anthem during the July Monarchy (1830-1848).
Julie and Adrian Bruyère, a young couple from France, started La Parisienne after many years of working for top French restaurants in New York. Their idea was to bring their love for food, service and "art de la Table" into a cozy space in Financial District.
