Synopsis. As part of his plan for world conquest, archvillain Julian Wall has kidnaped Dr. Norman Solaris, the inventor of a helio-beam, a device capable of destroying the earth by harnessing the sun's rays. Wall has also eliminated most of America's ICE (Intelligence and Counter-Espionage) agents, including the famous Matt Helm.
The film concerns the nefarious plan of arch-villain Julian Wall (Karl Malden) to take over the world by kidnapping Dr. Norman Solaris (Richard Eastham), who has invented a helio-beam -- a device that can harness the rays of the sun to destroy the earth.
Overview. The handsome top agent Matt dies a tragic death in his bath tub - the women mourn about the loss. However it's just faked for his latest top-secret mission: He shall find Dr. Solaris, inventor of the Helium laser beam, powerful enough to destroy a whole continent.
