Inspired by actual events, HUMAN ERROR follows homicide Detective Holly O’Rourke as a seemingly open-and-shut murder investigation threatens to destroy her career and her family and she must scramble to redeem her personal and professional reputation.
This film follows a group of people whose lives have forever been disrupted by the disaster: a nuclear power plant executive, a priest, a travel inn owner, a farmer, the mayor of a local town, a 86 year old evacuee, and a 19 year old teenager.
I found 'Human Error' to be wonderfully fresh - both visually and in terms of the complexity and texture of the relationships between the three main characters. The neuroses and petty disputes of three men caught up in 'management' is richly absurd, wildly funny and painfully human.
