On October 31, 1989, Michael Myers and his niece Jamie Lloyd (Danielle Harris) have been abducted by a mysterious stranger in black at the Haddonfield Police Station. Six years later, teenage Jamie (J. C. Brandy) has been impregnated and her baby is born on Halloween Eve.
Michael Myers returns to Haddonfield to kill his niece and her baby, while the young Tommy Doyle teams up with Dr. Loomis to unravel the Cult of Thorn's sinister secrets. However, the maniacal murderer is slashing on all cylinders-and there's no escape.
Dr. Loomis has given up his practice, and retired to the countryside. However, Jamie is alive and being held prisoner by the Man ‘n Black who has plans for her and her new born child. Before he can take the child, Jamie escapes and attempts to find Dr. Loomis.
Six years after being kidnapped by a cult, Jamie tries to escape the clutches of her serial killer uncle, Michael Myers.
