The Wayback Machine is a digital archive of the World Wide Web founded by the Internet Archive, an American nonprofit organization based in San Francisco, California. Created in 1996 and launched to the public in 2001, it allows the user to go "back in time" to see how websites looked in the past.
go to archive.org. click on Go! click on "advanced search". look half way down the page to the "advanced XML Search" window. Type into the "Query" field- "contributor: (library of congress) AND publicdate: [2008-08-01 TO 2008-08-30]" By holding down the "Shift" Key, highlight the fields you want to eventually have exported to excel.
