Motorcycle racer Richard "Dusty" Weston (Bill Williams) falls afoul of beautiful journalist Eve Drake (Carla Belenda) for his unsportsmanlike conduct. The bad press enrages Dusty and puts him on the bad side of his boss, J.C. Barton (Robert Armstrong).
