User Reviews. It's been a long time, but for a TV movie back in the '80s it was pretty good. Basic plot, reminded me of a classic Charles Bronson or maybe even a Clint Eastwood flick. Kind of funny at times as this guy is enforcing his own kind of justice throughout City streets.
