Paul Kersey, the vigilante, returns to New York to avenge his friend's death and fight a gang terrorizing the neighborhoods. He uses various weapons, including a .475 Wildey Magnum and a Browning M1919 A4 machine gun, to kill many criminals in a bloody climax.
