The Texas Sports Hall of Fame in Waco. The Texas Sports Hall of Fame recognizes athletes, coaches, and administrators who have made "lasting fame and honor to Texas sports". It was established in 1951 by the Texas Sports Writers Association.

Nine individuals, including NFL players, college coaches, track and field coaches, and a former Texas legislator, will be inducted into the Texas Sports Hall of Fame in April 2024. Learn more about their achievements and the selection process at tshof.org.
Oct 26, 2022 · Eight individuals will be inducted into the Texas Sports Hall of Fame on April 15, 2023, including Robert Brazile, José Cruz, Scott Drew and Michael Strahan. The Class of 2023 was selected by a statewide committee and represents various sports such as football, baseball, basketball and track and field.
