So PW was a local supermarket chain that started many years ago in the South Bay by a man named Joey Franco. Nobody, except Franco and his family, really knew what "PW" stood for so I'm told. There were, i believe, eight locations total: one in Cupertino, one in Castro Valley, and the remaining six all in San José.

He was replaced by Joey "Seven" Franco, who performed on the group's last album Love Is for Suckers before breaking up in early 1988, following Snider's departure in October 1987.
