Emilia Strong Sykes [1] [2] (born January 4, 1986) is an American politician who is the U.S. representative for Ohio's 13th congressional district. A member of the Democratic Party, she formerly represented the 34th district of the Ohio House of Representatives, which consists of portions of the Akron area.
