Frank Durward White (born Durward Frank Kyle Jr.; June 4, 1933 – May 21, 2003) was an American banker and politician who served as the 41st governor of Arkansas. He served a single two-year term from 1981 to 1983.
Governor White was the second Republican elected governor of Arkansas since the end of Reconstruction in 1874. After leaving office, White worked for a Little Rock investment firm, then joined First Commercial Bank as senior vice president.

Frank D. White was born June 3rd, 1933 in Texarkana, Texas. He Graduated from the New Mexico Military Institute, and then attended Texas A&M for a year. Afterwards he attended USNA and graduated in 1956. He served in the Air Force as a Captain.
