Gregory Cromwell, 1st Baron Cromwell, KB (c. 1520 – 4 July 1551) was an English nobleman. He was the only son of the Tudor statesman Thomas Cromwell, 1st Earl of Essex (c. 1485 – 1540) and Elizabeth Wyckes (d. 1529).
The Cromwell family is an English aristocratic family descended from Hugh de Cromwell who came to England with William the Conqueror. Its most famous members are: Thomas Cromwell, 1st Earl of Essex; and, Oliver Cromwell, the Lord Protector.

Gregory died in 1551 of sweating sickness. His letters demonstrate the depth of his affection for his wife and his children.

At least 17 years of age and perhaps as old as 23, Gregory Cromwell was deeded his own estate and came into the service of his father.
