Juan Carlos Vargas (born March 7, 1961) is an American businessman and politician who has been a U.S. representative for California since 2013. His district includes the southernmost portions of San Diego County. [1]
He represents California’s 52nd Congressional District which includes portions of San Diego County, all of Imperial County, and the entire U.S. - Mexico Border in California. Currently serving his sixth term in Congress, Juan serves on the Committee on Financial Services.
