John Crackstone (surname also spelled as Craxston or Crakstone; c. 1575 – c. 1620/21) was an English Separatist from Holland who came with his son John on the historic 1620 voyage of the Pilgrim ship Mayflower. He was a signatory to the Mayflower Compact, but perished with the first Pilgrims to die the winter of 1620, exact date unknown.

Baptism records for his two known children, Anna and John, have not been discovered, nor is it known what happened to his wife Catherine. John Crackston, the father, died the first winter at Plymouth, sometime likely between January and March 1621.
