  6. Quay Marinas Bangor Marina is one of the best I've visited. Spacious berthing for wide variety of craft. Well maintained with highly visible safety features. Good showers and toilets, rubbish disposal. Easy access fuel berth. Right in Bangor town centre close to yacht chandler, pubs, restaurants and shops. Short walk to local bus and train station.

  7. Bangor Marina is located in what was once the harbour. I last visited the area in 2000 and it is mostly the same however the marina was not on the same scale as it is today. There are loads of boats moored up and all secure as there is a fence surrounding the land part of the marina.
