English pop music svengali Simon Fuller began his career in the music business as a talent scout for Chrysalis, but soon got into management, working with high-profile clients such as Annie Lennox and Paul Hardcastle. In 1995 he began his association with the Spice Girls and under his wing the quintet became one of the most successful pop groups of all time, dominating the charts on both sides of the Atlantic.
